Facilitating trade with blockchain: Nextrade helps Latin American governments operationalize blockch
Nextrade CEO Kati Suominen spoke today about ways for governments to leverage blockchain to facilitate trade and streamline single windows at the 11th annual RED VUCE (Network of Latin American and Caribbean single windows meeting) hosted by the Government of Chile and the Inter-American Development Bank in Santiago. Suominen discussed in particular the findings of a recent policy framework Nextrade developed with the IDB and the World Economic Forum on how governments can best operationalize blockchain to facilitate trade, along with other emerging technologies such as AI and internet of things.
